We have taken the trouble of actually studying and gaining the ADU specialist certificate. And we did it in Portland which had seen the ADU movement start as early as 2010.
We have been advising homeowners since spring 2018 – before the ADU had gained the support from the State and became the movement it is today. Since then we have interviewed dozens of ADU builders.
